1. Data controller

2. Data we process

  • Booking request: your name, check-in and check-out dates, number of adults and children, children’s ages, room preference and your note. These details are not stored on our server; they are turned into a WhatsApp message in your browser. If you choose to send it, the details reach us through WhatsApp and remain as a message on the property’s phone.
  • Visit statistics: page views, device and browser information and approximate location (country/city level) via Google Analytics 4.
  • Server logs: IP address, date and time, kept by our hosting provider for security purposes.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

  • Responding to your booking request and managing your stay — performance of a contract (Turkish Data Protection Law, art. 5/2-c).
  • Keeping the site secure and improving our service — legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).
  • Producing visit statistics through analytics cookies — your explicit consent (art. 5/1).

4. International transfers

Because we use WhatsApp (Meta) and Google Analytics, your data may be processed on those providers’ servers outside Türkiye when you choose to use these services. You are welcome to call us instead of sending a WhatsApp message.

5. Retention

Booking correspondence is kept for as long as needed for your stay and for our legal obligations. Analytics data is retained for the default period set in Google Analytics 4.

6. Your rights

You may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object to processing and request compensation for damages. Please send your request to the address above or to the e-mail address the property will publish here.

7. Cookies

  • Essential cookies: required for the site to work and stay secure.
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 (cookies starting with _ga) measure visitor numbers and page usage.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work as expected.

8. CCTV

For security purposes, CCTV recording takes place on the premises. Separate notices are displayed on site.
